Should be safe to backport to 1.1, then make look nicer in 1.2, its pretty neat as it stands though.

required. Because of the fact that the inspsocket cull comes after the user cull these *are* required.
This was bought up in discussion many weeks ago but i guess we both thought the other had added these back!

* Fixed the virtual socket wrapper functions in IOCPEngine {these should really be inlined on unix}
* Fixed several compilation issues under Win32
* Fixed calls to close() which should've been changed to SE->Close()
+ Added a crashdump saving system to Win32 builds. Dumps are saved in the format of dump-<exename>-<year>-<month>-<day>-<hour>-<minute>-<second>.dmp in the working directory. Enabled by default, undefine ENABLE_CRASHDUMPS to disable.
+ Added m_operflood, this is a module I've had lying around for some time but some users may like it as it allows unreal-like behaviour without increasing flood limits for non-opers.

also ends up in the socket cull list somehow.
To ensure that the socket does not get deleted, remove the delete and replace with an explicit call to insert into the socket cull list.
We were grappling with these issues in early 1.1 with the userrec cull list, too.
NOTE for later 1.2's consider making CullList a base class which we can derive from to delete lists of other items than userrecs.

within its own Tick method.
This wasnt supported before and would corrupt the iterator in the TickTimers() method of TimerManager.
Non the less, peaveys new (perfectly sensible) fix broke it because i didnt document the caveat about DelTimer() :p
This FIXES m_ident and possibly some other stuff.
