2007-05-21I think this was the source of burlex's confusion with the spanningtree ↵brain

2007-05-21In this module we declare the md5 context as a class, then reference it in ↵brain

This means that the restart button in the gui, and /restart, both work now. Note, there are other bugs with the gui's restart button, the 'auto restart on crash' tries to boot the ircd!
