2009-01-31We already have an error for not enough params to the SERVER command, but ↵brain

Phoenix, bits of core support by myself. This means that nicknames using *non ASCII* are now supported when configured, and more importantly, that /msg lowercasenick will go to a person with UPPERCASENICK in foreign character sets.
