2007-04-16Added options:deprotectothers, this is like options:deprotectself, but if ↵brain
set allows one user with +a to remove another users +a, and a user with +q to remove another users +q. Default behaviour is to turn this option off like previous versions of insp defaulted to. 2007-01-15Crusade to remove debug from stable and tested parts of the core and base ↵brain
modules.
