Testsuite: Provide '>>> ' for script input to allow binary data
This mimics the '>>> ' prefix for the test client. Any line prefixed
with '>>> ' will be processed by Perl's string eval().
As '>>> ' is generic and documented, it replaces the
(undocumented) '\NONL\' tag.
